  I was picking up for a third party delivery company. The food was supposed to be on the shelf for mobile and deliveries. I sat there for 5 minutes not one person acknowledged me. Finally I had to flag somebody from the back. I had said I have this order for such and such person. Do you have this order? The order was put in over 20 minutes ago and it's a small order. She looked on the table in the back said. Oh yeah it's right here I said but it's supposed to be on the shelf. She said people take stuff so I waited for 5 minutes for nothing because none of the staff acknowledge me and said what can we help you with? Now my customers food is cold and by the time I got the food I could of dropped it off horrible experience!

  I honestly don’t know how u have several people on shift and still make food errors. The place has one car in the drive through and indoors literally no customers. Simple order directions shouldn’t be hard as it’s the same Menu everyday. But to question me about me receiving an item that I didn’t was wild. I literally spent $52 and tht was more than one mistake outside the kissing order. Slow down plz and train for accuracy. No one has money or gas to be wasting… let’s get it right the first time .. plz and thank u

  Every aspect of order was wrong. Ordered burrito with no sour cream and grilled. It was not grilled and had a ton of sour cream. Ordered a crunchwrap with no sour cream. Had sour cream and had no meat for some reason. Service took forever too. Worst experience at a Taco Bell. Do not go to this location.

  I have finally had my very first Chalupa 🌮, crispy & warm, savory & soft. I LOVED IT!!! HOWEVER my friend was left hungry because it was HIS chalupa I ate , his order was incorrect ,he requested no tomatos 🍅's and there were indeed tomatoes in his(my) chalupa. For my review I'm giving a thumbs up 👍 for taste. HOWEVER I WILL HAVE TO RATE THE SERVICE A THUMBS DOWN👎 *NEGLECTING TO ENSURE MY FRIENDS CUSTOMIZED ORDER WAS FULFILLED TO SATISFACTION. Yet thier mistake may have earned Taco Bell a new customer, 👉 THIS GIRL👈.

  This is the closest taco bell to where I live but I drive to a further one because this one just sucks most of the time. I usually come here for their breakfast crunchwraps but 90% of the time they make them with super hard hash browns inside. I've even asked before hand to make sure they are not hard and they still mess it up. I've had them replace it a couple times but I usually dont have time to wait for that because I come here on a work break. On top of the terrible food, I am usually greeted by one girl who obviously hates her life. I asked to use my default card that I applied to the app and she didnt know how to do that and got rude with me about it. Ever since then it seems she knows my face and gives me attitude every time. Lastly, I get an iced coffee but there ends up being little to no ice in there so I ask for a LARGE cup of ice but they refuse and give me a medium! So I decided to go to a different location and guess what, perfect food, great service, and they even let me redeem a free coffee and marked it as a soda. So yeah ill drive the extra few mins for better food and service because this one sucks!
