Friday, Halloween, and there were only 3 people working. The person in front of me ordered and then the girl started taking my order. She then said she would be right back and went over to take care or drive thru. Apparently drive thru is more important then walking. Two customers later, she finally came back and finished taking my order, 2 items and a Refresca drink. She then went back to drive thru. My food came out and I am still stuck waiting for my drink because drive thru is more important. I finally got my drink and she gave me a coupon for a free taco (I don't eat tacos) and went back to, you guessed it, drive thru. I get home and open my food and it is incorrect. I ordered an Enchirito with sour cream and cheese, which I was charged for. I got the cheese but did not get the sour cream. I do not eat fast food that often but every now and then I will treat myself. This it the first time I have had a bad experience here.
