  FIRST: THEY(PIZZA HUT) USE AI. YOU CANNOT GET A HUMAN TO ASSIST VIA CHAT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE VIA PHONE. IF YOU SUPPORT HUMANS GETTING WORK, BOYCOTT PIZZA HUT. I placed an order via the app. The order was accepted, and I went to pick it up (early). The store was closed. These things happen, stinks and the app should have not taken my order, but that would be okay… Except I chatted with support. It’s an AI. You enter all your credentials, and it asks for them again. You give it your data (which is unnerving, but I digress). I gave it my order number, details, and guess what? It kept repeating the same questions ex., Name, Address, State (yes, separate question from address), phone number, and mothers maiden name just about. All for the bot to tell you it can’t help, and to call the store. You know, the store that is closed. So I did what anyone would do pre-AI hellscape: I asked to speak with a supervisor. The AI then went on to waste almost 2 hours of my time refusing to get a supervisor; saying they were “in a meeting”. It kept spamming the same message over-and-over, telling me to call a defunct number that just tells you to chat. Round and round we go. So I try another chat. Same result, an hour this time. So to recap: Accepted my order and money. Refusing my refund despite me providing an order number. They use bots. Oh, and I have included a picture of the chicken I got last order from this same location (yes, I realize I was going back, but I wanted pizza and they were close. Shame on me, though.) I had told management, and they brushed it off. PLEASE DO NOT FREQUENT ANY PIZZA HUT ESTABLISHMENTS. THEY ASK YOU TO TIP FOR PICKUPS NOW (INSTEAD OF PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES A LIVABLE WAGE). AND THEY USE AI INSTEAD OF HUMANS FOR THEIR SUPPORT. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, AND TIRED OF AI TAKING OUR JOBS WHILE CEOs SIP MAI TAIS ON A YACHT DO NOT SUPPORT THIS NONSENSE. PS. Don’t let the label fool you; that was chicken, not cauliflower. It just looked like that. I don’t know why Google keeps labeling it cauliflower. It was not, it was chicken. Or what passes for chicken at this location.

  Good food. Big NY was awesome. Quickly becoming one of my favorite Pizzas. Delivery was good. Good customer service!

  Sebastian helped me and was super nice! He always greets me with a smile and makes sure I’m satisfied with the food, it’s a smaller store but they have places to sit and eat now/seating for if you need to wait. I don’t usually have to wait though! They get everything out as quickly and efficiently as possible even when the store is super packed with orders :)

  Me and my little girl stopped by after a doctor's appointment to pick up some quick lunch. We both got the personal pizzas. The pizza was delicious and a well needed pick me up. Thank you

  Failed to deliver an item that was on our order and paid for. Tried calling the store for an hour with no one answering at 6pm on.a Saturday night. Finally went to the place an order prompt knowing I would get an answer. I did but it wasn't the store, it was a local/national.call center that upon even asking for a supervisor was told only the store could handle a credit. I didn't want a credit, I wanted the missing item. PH needs to implement a system to take care of loyal customers or they will continue to lose.loyal customers like us.
