It's always slow food is always cold how do you have nobody in drive-thru but make mere wait 20 min for cold food or only half my order. Call need some new management Aug this location.

The points get used, and the employee still attempts to charge me. I had to walk in and talk to the manager, who didn't seem to understand that McDonald's has a rewards app. It took me 20 minutes to get that small coffee, and they didn't even put creamer in it.
