- BLBen LugoJan 27, 20261.0Night time manager literally has something against me. She purposefully withholds ranch from me and it’s quite petty XD. First time I asked for ranch because she gave me bbq. She complained about not having a lot of ranch when she handed me 1 when I asked for two and refused to give me two. Second time she straight up lied. She gave me bbq again and I went inside this time. The nice cashier was going to hand me SOMETHING and the night manager sees me and immediately says they’re out of ranch. The cashier slowly puts her hand back up and looks awkwardly between us. I should have learned by now and that is why I haven’t been back in three months. Tonight I asked for ranch and buffalo and she said okay put it down and then as soon as she sees me she had another rep come service me and told the rep that I wanted bbq. I looked in the bag to make sure I had ranch and the new rep who didn’t take my order was like “I’m sorry you wanted ranch, she told me bbq”. The older Spanish lady who is probably the night manager is petty and would rather save 20 cents in ranch for a company who doesn’t care about her than treat a customer good.

I ordered a big Mac which was greasy & cold as well as the limp and cold fries. I will not be going there ever again. Sorry McDonald's but you've lost a customer & have gone downhill. 😢
