Last 5 times I've been there I've had to return the single sandwich to get the double I asked for. This time they wouldn't even take it back.

It was clear they didn’t notice or didn’t care that a customer was present. The young woman who took my order was professional, but the individual I believe to be the manager was lying on the floor behind her during the interaction, which created a very unprofessional impression. Additionally, the lobby was not well-maintained. There were no napkins or sauces available, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues and improving the customer experience.
