    I usually order the double beef and cheddar. Only at this location, you can order a double, have them charge you for a double, and receive a single. Last 5 times I've been there I've had to return the single sandwich to get the double I asked for. This time they wouldn't even take it back.

    The store was empty when I arrived 3:00pm, yet the staff appeared more focused on yelling, using inappropriate language (f bombs), and playing around—at one point even tossing items into a garbage can like a basketball hoop while the manager held the can up. It was clear they didn’t notice or didn’t care that a customer was present. The young woman who took my order was professional, but the individual I believe to be the manager was lying on the floor behind her during the interaction, which created a very unprofessional impression. Additionally, the lobby was not well-maintained. There were no napkins or sauces available, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues and improving the customer experience.

    No lines, food was hot. Service was awesome. Got the rueban, jalapeño poppers, and a shake. Delicious all of it. Prices were okay, what are you going to do. I will be going back.
