I've seen here a few times where staff didn't prep, leaving the next scheduled staff with produce to complete orders. Twice now, they didn't have any sliced onions or bell peppers, the 2nd time this happened, I refused my sandwich. The staff was friendly but you could tell they were frustrated with the situation. I hope the owner sees this post, as there are multiple complaints about the Mgr. Can't run a bus this way; I'll be traveling the extra couple od miles to visit the subway in Surprise.
