  What happened to excellent customer you had . People on floor who could help. Now a ghost town on floor . Thank goodness there are tall customers to help. Being going in for 3 years . 2 weeks ago during manager meeting no help. Had to go to customer service told they were in managers meeting could not help ,also long lines. Asked was told they are cutting hours during the busy time of year. Today never found anyone in Starbucks, but Dutch Bros is great. I have been using grocery pick up where Connor is awesome because there is never help anymore. Today I had too much to purchase . Today went to check after I gave up trying to locate product. Looked at app no longer say which aisle. Line when I reached fron 3 open and shelf checkout. Guy on 3. Saw woman pixie hair cut older just standing . Asked her if she could please call for help she statedcno managers should be watching. I then called store waited for customer service to answer and asked for help. 3 closed said he was told too. Had to move to 4 that just and stand in line again. Finally get up the open, stated someone told him to. Who does he help people that got after we stood in 2 line waiting. I saw Jody who I gave a pack of Tillamook mildew cheese left in cheese section for people to buy. Asked her about and asked should all customers leave baskets. She does not care. She said it wasn't 20 minutes .IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS IN THE LINE. I called store for help for the lines. I saw no one on the floor at all to help . And why would I lie how long I stood in line. The cashier that helped me is always . Was told manager left couple of weeks ago. I heard they were closing safeways. Do you guys want our business or not. ??????? I have spent a lot of money in this store.

  Fantastic! Look at the Pistachios in the scoop on my wife's fresh waffle cone! NICE...Very good cust svc too! I bet you and the family will love it!

  I am sad to say it, I have been a Safeway shopper for decades, but this is the worst Safeway I have been in. I just moved here, have been to Fry’s a couple times and today was my first trip to this Safeway. It is quite expensive, the produce wasn’t super attractive and like another person here mentioned-weird layout, the flow is off. Mostly, it just looks and feels very old and felt dirty to me. There are places of disrepair, they obviously haven’t updated this place in a long time. There literally wasn’t a single 12 pack of regular diet Pepsi available, there are many places the shelves seem bare. I was wondering while I was there if they are in financial trouble, maybe barely surviving. Again, hate to say all this after a lifetime of shopping at Safeway prior to moving here. I hope they update the place, and maybe get a little more competitive cost wise

  I love this store! I shop here with my grandma and we always find exactly what we need. The employees are super nice and sweet, especially Anita and Cody in the Dairy section. They go above and beyond, I've asked both of them for something that wasn't on the shelf, and they bring it out to us. In the Meat section, Eddie is amazing, super helpful with finding the type of Steak that my Grandma is going to use. Those three are incredibly kind, helpful, and a big reason this is my favorite place to shop. Safeway in Sun City West is excellent. I made this Google Account so I can give this great store a 5 star review, and apologies in advance for my grammar, English is not my native Language.

  I just wasn't impressed, not very many shoppers in the store and the few things I wanted to grab were all priced higher than Fry's or Kroger. Layout seems to flow weird as well. Obviously it was my first time here, but will be my only time.
