I called early in the morning to see if the rib roasts were available and he told me to come in and he would cut it for me. I ended up taking a whole roast but I did have it cut in two. He also cut the ribs at the bottom and placed the roast on them. He went above and beyond and surpassed my expections. We are lucky to have him as the meat manager. Thank you Eddie!
- TPTitus ParksDec 9, 20251.0I came into the Camino Del Sol location of this Safeway after 5:00 pm to return a few purchased items. I had a receipt for some of the items but not for a couple other items. The Clerk at the Customer Service area refunded my items purchased with a paper receipt shown and asked if I wanted my paper recipet back. I told her "yes, because I have a gift card balance on this receipt." She acted clueless about the gift card balance and she refused to provide a refund, i.e., a gift card, for the other non-receipt items. In my experience with Safeway Stores in Phoenix and Sun City West during daytime business hours, a gift card is provided for returns without a paper receipt. This Clerk refused to provide a gift card refund. I asked if this "policy" started today. She said "no, it's because I don't know when the items were purchased. I told her I was never told this at any other Safeway Store. I proceeded to bag my items and leave this store.
