  I really only order the French dip- the French dip has come with the Ajou sauce since forever- is there a reason why I have to walk back in EVERYTIME to get it? The last 3 visits- all different times and employees forgot it but the last time- the employee had the nerve to argue with me. Yes I checked the bag and removed every sandwich. YOU DID NOT PUT IT IN OR I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME TO COME BACK IN AND ASK FOR IT. Petty or not, I expect my order to be complete and when YOU mess up, at least make a normal customer service interaction and make it right- I was not rude. I politely said it wasn’t in the bag. I don’t want to go back to a fast food place that makes getting a little cup of sauce that comes with the sandwich a big deal like this.

  Arby's is one of the few fast food places that you can still eat for under $20 for two people and they're always putting coupons in the paper for meal deals so you can eat even cheaper than that and the food's good and this particular location the customer service is excellent The place is clean the food is hot and fresh

  Messy sandwich. Cold fries. And they missed my jamocha shake i ordered. This was with Uber Eats who refunded the shake but now I can't order it again because of the order minimum. At home sick and can't go get it myself so thanks!
