WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANTS TO EAT SLIME? 3. ALL you can taste is tablespoons of mayo. It overpowers every vegetable and I can taste NOTHING BUT MAYO. 4. Some people have issues with food consistency. I am one of those people. Swallowing tablespoons of mayo makes me vomit. Gross. Please LISTEN to the customer.

This has never been an issue when we’ve ordered in person, which makes it clear that when no one’s watching, the quality and attention to detail drop significantly. When we arrived to pick up the order, there were no employees inside the store. They were outside and, when they saw us, casually told us, “Your food is on the counter,” with no greeting, no verification, and no care. The difference in service between in-person and online orders is night and day — it’s disappointing to see such a lack of effort and accountability when customers aren’t physically present.
