  Any time I've ever eaten at this location, I've been given old food. The buns will be so tough and stale that they make an audible tearing/ripping sound. The fries taste unlike any of the fries I've ever eaten at any McDonald's in my life.....and I don't mean in a good way.

  Went through the drive through, on 3/13/26 at approximately 15:40. The younger lady who took the payment was great and gave good customer service. The older lady at the second window was rude, she practically yelled at us that we could have free drinks, when we declined and said we didn’t want them, she said in a loud annoyed voice “ok fine!”. What’s worse is the apparent manager was standing right there and didn’t seem to do anything about it, hopefully she got disciplined or fired. Will try to avoid this McDonald’s in the future, this isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience there. Ps. The dress code should be updated. I do not want to eat food handed to me by someone who looks like they just walked off the street.

  In the middle of my meal I was interrupted and asked to vacate handicap parking and move to the back of the parking lot in order to accommodate for a delivery. I parked in handicap for a reason probably because i have a disability... and when I said I wasn't going to move then Lupe the manager on duty got an attitude and was like "Fine! Don't move then!". When I asked for the GMs info or card he just says their info on the door and walked off. This guy does not need to be a manager. Makes it hard to ask employees to do the right thing when a manager is being rude and disrespectful to disabled patrons and trying to violate state and federal law by blocking access to mandatory handicap parking. *For McDonald's when you read this.. I already filled out the survey on my receipt and put in comments through the corporate page.
