- KKKateDec 24, 20251.0I ordered a biggie bag, everything was cold, staff was incredibly rude, i walked in and there were two big guys standing at the lobby register, they were being loud and obnoxious the entire time i was waiting for my order and they were clearly on something which isnt a surprise since red headed “manager” was not competent and slurring her words. This place was getting better now its the same exact way it was before!

I drove the 18 miles back, very agitated. Manager? Short ugly angry Hispanic man was very aggressive. Drive thru cashier was somewhat helpful in a refund. Time and miles and agitation, be damned, I will never patronize this Wendy's again....my sister may.
