This Taco Bell will rob you. I ordered the cantina chicken burrito and when I drove about five miles away I started eating. After two bites I noticed no chicken. Soni pulled over and unwrapped the burrito. It was filled with onions, cheese and way too much sauce but only two small pieces of chicken. What a scam. I paid $7.16 for it. Check your food before you l ave to make sure you did not get robbed like I did. For as new as this store is it's amazing how many negative reviews they have and not one reply from the owner or management. They don't care because people will continue to buy their garbage. UPDATE. I called and spoke to a manager who gave me an email and asked that I send in a picture and a copy of the receipt. I did that and never heard back from her or anyone from this business. Their food suck, their service is below substandard, the business is run by a bunch of young kids who just don't care

It’s Taco Bell. I know. I know it’s not real Mexican food… But every culture has their other food…Koreans in LA have Sizzler. Hispanics in El Paso have Chicos in El Paso…if you know… It’s Taco Bell, named a guy named Bell. Order taco… Or order some of those churro dessert things which are some of the best things in the world.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin because this was genuinely the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we got there, it was clear something was off. The service was unbelievably slow, and while I understand places can be understaffed, this was beyond ridiculous. We waited over 45 minutes just for our food to even come out, and there was zero communication from the staff about the delay. No apology, no updates, nothing. We were just left sitting there wondering if our order had even been started. When the food finally came out, it was all cold. Not slightly warm, not “sat for a few minutes” cold, but completely cold like it had been sitting there forever. It honestly felt like nobody cared about the quality of what they were serving. To make things worse, they even forgot one of the main items we ordered, which was a burrito. After waiting that long, you’d think they would at least double check the order before handing it out, but apparently not. The coffee was somehow even worse than the food. It tasted like straight up water with maybe a single coffee bean waved over it. There was no flavor, no strength, nothing. And to top it off, they didn’t even include creamer or anything with it. When I tried to go back and ask for some, I was just standing there waiting while multiple staff members walked right past me like I didn’t exist. No one acknowledged me, no one asked if I needed help. It was honestly frustrating and embarrassing just being ignored like that. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Long wait times, cold food, missing items, horrible coffee, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I completely understand that places get busy and short staffed, but the lack of care and basic effort was shocking. I won’t be coming back to this location again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Just weird. No counter ordering and employees that don't listen. Not even a kiosk.
