  Stopped at the bar for a beer,sat there for 10 minutes before the bartender even came to the bar area ( wasn't busy) only had Heineken zero! Then didn't come back for forever to get tab.

  The only reason to review a restaurant is because of food and service. Food: I will give a 4/5, the food was as expected and good! Service: 0 out of 10. Not only did I stand at the hostess desk for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to me(not busy at all, multiple tables open), when someone greeted me I got the “someone will be right with you” moment. After grabbing a seat finally, I decided to order food and drink at the same time. Good thing I did, went about every 30-45 mins before I was approached again. I don’t need constant check in but when I’m waiting on a box and a new beer for 25 mins without any service, I got a bit upset. Long story short, The service and staff are more focused on socializing and chatting with their friends or regulars. If you aren’t one of those, you will be put to the side and served when they get done talking or run out of things to say. I think the manager was here and was bartending for a second. After seeing him work, I know realize why everyone else is the way they are. He promotes all of the behavior.

  Typical Wild Wings. Service was slow, understaffed and inattentive. Wings were overcooked and the waiter forgot to tell about the five dollar upgrade for the bone wings that were part jerky. Had to wait for fries as they delivered tots. Beer tasted good.

  called ahead as kids were sleeping in the car and was told we could be put on the wait list, went in at our scheduled time (30 minutes later) to be told that wasn’t a thing by a very rude assistant manager and said we would have to wait for 12 parties to be sat. we would have waited but then he turned around and was disrespectful to the employee who was saying more tables could be sat. don’t want to eat somewhere that is mean to their employees.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was beyond frustrating. The customer service was absolutely terrible. There were three families who actually left because no one ever came to take their orders — that alone says a lot about how poorly the place was being managed that night. It took nearly two hours for my food to come out, and I could literally see it just sitting in the kitchen getting cold. (Mind you, they were not busy at all. There were 3 tables plus mine.)When it finally arrived, everything was lukewarm at best. My wings were dry, flavorless, and missing sauce. When I politely asked about it, the waitress — a young woman with very short curly hair — rudely told me that “extra saucy” costs extra. I wasn’t even asking for extra sauce, just for the wings to come as they normally should. The order on my receipt was all wrong as well. When i told her the wings came with tater tots she was like “oh you’re right” Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and it was clear she didn’t care about providing good service. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Between the rude service, cold food, and poor management, I definitely won’t be returning. Hopefully this location takes some action to fix their service, because it was completely unacceptable.
