  It seems like almost everytime I come here over the past year and a half it smells terrible at this BWW, they take absolutely forever to seat you because they’re chatting it up with friends outback. They literally rarely come and check on you. The food is tasty, I’ll give em that but the service we receive here pretty much everytime single time we come here is always without exception absolutely terrible. The owner needs to step up his game and start changing the quality of customer service here. I guarantee this place would be thriving so much if he actually cared a bit more. Step your game up owner.

  "Unfortunately we can't seat you because the kitchen is running 15 minutes behind" I'm told at 1pm on a sunday for the AFC championship with maybe 30 customers in the whole restaurant and most of the seating empty. Politely mentioned that the two of us wouldn't be ordering food and just wanted to order a beer and watch football. Crazy stuff.

  Stood in foyer waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. No one ever greeted us or even came out of the back. Whole restaurant smells like grease. Floors are sticky.

  Cold food, arrived late (1+ hours from order,) It still would have been awesome if the beers kept coming, but they didn’t. 40 minutes looking at the beers sitting by the bar before they got brought over.
