  I was so disappointed. I don’t always get food but I wanted to this time and haven’t gone to this location for food. The one on base has been pretty good. Anyways, I ordered two orders of hashbrowns and they were dark, mushy, and oily. It tasted like they were sitting in or fried in old oil. I was so sad because I was in a rush already :(

  I placed a mobile order through Dunkin and returned to find that my order was completely incorrect, with multiple items missing. When I came back to request a refund, I was assisted by an employee named Taunja. Before I even arrived, she had already spoken to my fiancé and made inappropriate comments comparing his demeanor to mine, stating he was “nicer,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. My only statement upon addressing the issue was that my order had been messed up, yet her response was to become immediately hostile and raise her voice. During the interaction, her behavior escalated further—she was rude, used inappropriate language, and at one point spit in my face, which is completely unacceptable under any circumstance. I was then told I was not allowed to return, which was both unwarranted and inappropriate given that I was simply trying to resolve an issue caused by the store. Although I did receive a refund, the overall experience was extremely negative. The level of unprofessionalism displayed was unacceptable, and I will not be returning. The dunkin on base is a whole lot better

  This may be the worst Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. The manager is rude to customers and staff alike. She does not seem to understand that she is in the customer service business. It is almost impossible when ordering off the app to get a drink that is properly made. It generally has many times more cream than you wanted, sugar when none was ordered, and cold brew when iced coffee was preferred. When you ask if they can correct the order, the manager makes a big scene. As an almost daily customer of Dunkin' products, this store should be avoided if possible.

  On 9 Mar 26 the wife and I stopped in at the Sierra Vista, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts for a cup of coffee and a quick bite. The lady at the register delivered one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve seen in a while, and when I questioned her about her day she proceeded to tell me that she’s tired of old people being rude. I looked around the establishment to find everyone in their 60s or older with the exception of one gentleman in his mid 30s. If management decides to do something with this employee, it might help you to know that she’s in her late 30s, stands about 5’ 3”and is of Hispanic descent. Customer service is not for everyone!!!
