  I've been here twice and twice had a terrible experience with Monique as our waitress. Food takes forever and waitress will not refill drinks even after food arrives. How can you serve spicy food and not bring drinks or ask if you need anything else to drink?!?! Food was at the table for more than 20 mins before she showed back up.... Asked for the check and left. Don't waste your time or money at this place, it is TERRIBLE!!!

  Waitress was inattentive, we had to keep asking for plates, silverware. Food was terrible and just thrown on the plate and the food tasted terrible. Salt shaker was very dirty as you can tell from the pic and the other photo is how the food was just thrown on the plate.

  They gave our food to someone else (we ordered online for pickup) They said sorry and that it will take another 40 minutes

  It seems like almost everytime I come here over the past year and a half it smells terrible at this BWW, they take absolutely forever to seat you because they’re chatting it up with friends outback. They literally rarely come and check on you. The food is tasty, I’ll give em that but the service we receive here pretty much everytime single time we come here is always without exception absolutely terrible. The owner needs to step up his game and start changing the quality of customer service here. I guarantee this place would be thriving so much if he actually cared a bit more. Step your game up owner.
