Delivery driver Stephen must not know how to read because he called my personal cell. Stephen said see you in a bit and when I got back to the lobby (2 mins) my food was sitting on the planter rock where all the animals can get to it or other people. I called the store to complain to the Manager and he had a crappy attitude and he even said that is what the directions say, I informed him he is incorrect and told him what the directions said. Apparently the Manager can't read neither. The manager said that is Domino's policy to just leave the food out in the open. I informed him that is very poor customer service. Delivery driver Jeff on the other hand is very professional and has great customer service. Jeff calls the number on the door and waits for me to get to the lobby from across the property. Domino's take heed the manager and Stephen need reprimanded for their poor customer service skills and need training. These two (2) are worthless.
