The guy and then a woman both gave me an attitude when I asked them for a normal sized portion. However the guy with long hair working at the register was great and honest
- HCHeath ChapmanApr 7, 20261.0This Chipotle is bad. They need a manager to be on duty. There was a line over 10 deep and they only had 1 person preparing orders. The cashier would come out from behind the line to grab trays, but not to clean any of the tables, which were all dirty. Took almost half an hour to get through the line where I figured out why there is no sense of urgency. The only guy preparing orders spent as much time preaching about Jesus as he does making orders. Mixed with non working bathrooms and trash EVERYWHERE (inside and outside), there's no excuse for the low quality. To top things off, my burrito was open on both ends. I had to eat my burrito with a fork.

We waited 35 minutes for them to serve one family in front of us, with no sense of urgency. The food was mediocre at best. These photos do not even show the monstrosity of dishes, spills, and trash that were behind the food counter either. Or how awful the condition of the bathroom was. Update 04/07/2026: BTW, Chipotle’s customer service email has refused to address the food safety concerns or provide any resolution.
- RMRaul MenaMar 29, 20261.0The food was not good. It wasn't fresh but the lettuce was soggy, the pico didn't taste good, the steak was very burnt and bad. One of the employees was very rude when we said the food wasn't good. Over all not good and I wouldn't come back.
