- AAAnon Ant6 days ago1.0I think it was the manager, but african American lady was extremely mean and rude. It was near closing and she was counting the till i asked her a couple questions that i guess did not like , took my food away from me and the drink i just filled up and told me to leave. My question was if her location does anything different than the other locations for doordashing?Because she told me I needed to fill up the drink and every other location.I've been to has always filled the drink for me. Her response was, she didn't feel like it exactly like that.She didn't feel like it. She also proceeded to tell me that I get tips.So I can deal with it, and if I didn't like it.Oh, well. My question wasnt rude whatsoever ,so bravo on the five star customer service cuz.She is rocking it ( sarcasm) she also ripped the food away from me and the drink and said I needed to leave and she was going to call the cops. She was super standoffish and does not deserve to have a job that works with customers face to face like that. Unapproachable and mean. Don't come to this store.

They were “short staffed” which I do agree but the owner of this or store manager should know “hey I’m busy let me turn off my third party applications like door dash uber and whatever else” I don’t blame him either I blame the franchise owner becuase he hasn’t taught simple business skills to his employees. After this I ordered here again because I never judge any business on just one transaction sooo…. I ordered to go and guess what people they forgot 4 of my ranch!!!! I didn’t have any ranch with my order…. I know people who go to Wingstop just for their ranch how do you want me to eat my wings boneless wings and tenders without any wing stop ranch?… again another bad management skills for the employees because if you forget ranch when man your job is pretty simple. Wings tenders fries corn and sauces lol…. Anyways now that this places has ruined two of my dinner nights and cost me over $150 in food and missing items with that $150. I’m sorry to say nobody should go here until the franchise owner gets his licenses revoked or he needs to go back to Wingstop academy.
