  i ordered a kids meal chicken strips for my child at the drive through and it came with only fries, no chicken 😂 and when i called to ask about it they told me i was out of luck because i already left 😂

  Over 30min of waiting for one burger and one fries it was too much, especially when you have an hour dedicated for the lunch time. No sorry no excuses, nothing, here is your order. This is not the first time happening. I have no patience anymore! It was my last time, I promise, I will never ever come back to that place.

  This location used to be decent. It’s on the way home, so I supposed that I’d give it another go. 3rd time I’ve gotten old food. Nothing ever fresh, especially the fries.2 and 1/2 minutes too long for these guys. Some warm soggy fries so we can get this car gone. I was the second of only 2 vehicles in the drive thru. Sandwich was also old, literally discolored, and inedible. Bread? Smashed. Lettuce? Bruised and wilted. What’s the excuse?

  Arnie the manager and his team were great. His team was accurate and timely with our order. Arnie ended up being from our hometown and I would definitely return. Thanks again

  This was a pretty standard Whataburger. The service was on at best. I ordered food to go and had to wait about 30 minutes to get my food. I couldn't go through the drive through as it wasn't an option on the app for some reason. I had to go inside to get my food, not that it's a problem, but when I got inside, the girl behind the counter had no clue what was going on, and couldn't find my food. She then found just the food on the shelf for Uber eats it doordash and said I was supposed to come in and get it, I tried to show her on the app where it said I was in spot 2 and my order should be out in a bit, but she tried to argue with me. When I got my food, I asked for my drink and the girl was shocked I didn't get my drink already... Like I was going to make it up... Not a good look Whataburger
