I have tried to get over it because I had a stroke so I can't make my own smoothies without help, but they just don't know how to blend, or wait for it to be all the way fully blended. You would think in training they would teach, at least, how to time blending so that you don't end up finishing your smoothie, eating chunks of ice and food that can't get through your straw. It's honestly this problem I've noticed at every location, especially for how much they cost, probably just to cover being able to stay open, you would just think the minimum requirement would be a blended smoothie
