- JCJustin CrowlFeb 3, 20261.0Ordered a meatball sub at 7:20pm. Went to pick it up at 7:40pm, to be told "we're out of meatballs." I said ok this is the second time this has happened at this location. The young girl working said "well, we close at 8" I replied: its 7:40pm and I ordered at 7:20pm... She asked if I wanted something else... which I did not, otherwise I would have ordered that. She then said "you can leave"... I replied you can refund me. She said she didn't know how to do that, and I would have to do it through the app (which I do not have) or through my bank, to which I declined. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will NOT be returning to this location!

I sat around for a half hour and the employees were helpful and kind but they didn't check on the seating area the whole time and the stack of plastic baskets looked about 15 or so strong. Overall not bad but not great.
