  Owner wasn't welcoming, he was actually on his phone sitting where the customers sit. The $10 breakfast burrito had eggs which tasted rotten and weren't scrambled. Way too much potatoes as well. Not a good start.

  Ordered for our office as we had a busy day and time to take a lunch. Ordered online and it was ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Everyone loved what they ordered and so fast and convenient for us to all get to eat! Great service and great food.

  First time going to Rinaldi's and OH MY GOD. The turkey wedge sandwich that I got is phenomenal!!! WOW! Im a sandwiches lover and this is by are the best sandwich and customer service I have every had. I came in and was greeted so warmly I ordered while I was in line and they had my sandwich ready by the time I paid. IMPRESSIVE! PLEASE GO HERE!!!

  Macaroni salad was nasty. Deli ham was dried out and the roast beef sandwich made me gag. Oh, and they were out of hot items on the board. The owner looked like he was bored and wishing he was anywhere else but their.

  Update after owner response: new cook needs bit more training. Service was great, place had good vibes, taste and ingredients were on point, when picking up burrito, without asking, he hooked me up w xtra free salsa that he normally charges for. All in, disappointed about burrito today but I’ll give them another shot! RE: Breakfast burrito had high praise in reviews. Mine was miniature! And overpriced for what you actually get - $10. Small burritos okay, but price for it or charge more but offer meaningful portion size. This like Chipotle-gate times 2! All said burrito pretty good and could tell high quality ingredients but wouldn’t order again unless price dropped or portion size increased.
