Love this restaurant. Usually we go after work. Friendly, family restaurant. The food is delicious. We love their Sicilian pizza and calzones. Highly recommended. Be back.

I went online to order a pizza. Went through the whole order process right up to initiating my credit card. Then I noticed that they are CLOSED Tuesdays which was day I ordered. I exited the site instead of hitting “confirm” thinking my order would not go through. Turns out it did anyway. When the SS t a confirmation I replied “cancel” Now I’m 3000 miles away and they are delivering. $50s worth of bad website. Someone at the hotel had pizza on my dime. My complaint … it should be obvious out front that they are closed Tuesdays! Bad bad

We ordered a pizza for delivery Saturday night through their own website. After several delays in the pick up of the pizza with their choice of delivery service of door dash we canceled the order and, WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR PIZZA. The charge for the pizza went through today on my Am Ex card. YES, I have initiated a dispute of the charge, but that isn't the point of my story. I've been a customer of this restaurant since they first opened their doors over 30 years ago. I went in today to try and resolve the matter amicably. Y'know say hey, you know who I am, I just want a credit for the pizza I never got. The old guy behind the counter began yelling at me, seriously SCREAMING, called me a LIAR, said I received the pizza and I'm trying to cheat him for it. He knows who I am, he totally recognized me, and is well aware of how long I've been a customer. He didn't care about any of that and continued his rant, screaming at me in front of his staff who also are very well aware of how long I've been coming in, and accused me of manufacturing the text notice cancellation I received showing I never got the pie, and continued to scream I was a liar and of course he's not giving me a refund. I'm quite certain I'll get my money from Am Ex, but again NOT the point. This guy got clearly unhinged and screamed at a customer that has been supporting his business since his doors opened. He clearly doesn't care about me, and apparently about any sort of level of decorum in dealing with a customer who simply wanted a refund for a pizza I never got. So, that's my story. Please take your money elsewhere, its clear Ray's Pizza in Scottsdale doesn't care about their customers.

Referred by a coworker who's from NY. The place was very NY vibe with great decor and tvs. Had two slices, half and half pizza and garlic knots Walk in and the folks up front were very fun with accents and speaking what sounded like italian. They wouldn't recommend any slice or tell me their favorite, which i thought was odd. Wish they would have cuz i missed on the two individual slices. White pizza slice was not my cup of tea, but the crust was a mazing. 3 out of 5 stars Spinach and tomoato slice was disappointing. The crust was amazing except for the first two bites that were very soggy. Like the tomato and spinach has released a lot of moisture. That was a rough start. 2 out of 5 stars. Half monster pizza (combo). They loaded the toppings. Probably should have requested light on the mushrooms. Crust was amazingly crunchy and did not flop even with all the weight. 4.5 out of 5. Half pepperoni pizza. Spicy and tasty. About what you expect from a a pep slice, but the crust was sooo good like the monster half. Wife and son both really liked it..5 out of 5. Garlic knots were flavorful with a tiny crunch but airy and soft on the inside. 4.5 out of 5 stars. When we are in the area, this will likely be our go to pizza place. Very interested in trying other slices.
