  Why do they have an area where online “rapid pickup” orders can be left but they are not utilizing them? Instead I had to ask the teenager who is doing 3 other things for my prepaid online order? A waste of my time and all around inefficient. Not to mention, it was gross they had customers in store orders, soups and what not just sitting on the counter uncovered. While ppl are talking and grabbing other orders. This location is a mess. The person in charge of the daily operations is failing. I’ll drive a little further to another location.

  This was the worst catering and customer service experience I have ever had. I placed an online catering order for a business meeting and the confirmation came through with the wrong pickup time. I called multiple times to correct it and every time I was told it would be handled. I repeatedly asked for a confirmation by email or text and was told notes were left for the catering manager. She never contacted me once. After hearing nothing, I had to drive to the location myself just to confirm the order. Sure enough the time was still wrong. If I had not stopped in person my meeting would have had no food at all. At that point I had zero confidence in the manager or the staff and cancelled the order. Completely unacceptable service.

  Great customer service providing quality food, fast! They are quick to compensate the order if something is missing. Coffee beats more expensive offerings in other locations. Best value eatery in downtown Scottsdale.
