  First time on vacation with my husband in 5 years and went out for a nice steak dinner. Had the worst service I have ever experienced from a steakhouse!!!! Truly so disappointing… they knew we were upset as well and no manager came and tried to speak to us. Looking at other surveys seems like service there is something that really needs to be worked on.

  We made an 8:00 PM reservation on a Sunday night and drove 45 minutes expecting a proper dining experience. Instead, we arrived to a locked door and a valet informing us the restaurant had “decided” to close at 8 PM. Let that sink in ! they confirmed our reservation on open table then let us drive all the way there, and then simply shut down anyway. This is completely unacceptable. If you’re closing early, shut off your reservation system. Don’t mislead customers into wasting their time and evening. What should have been a great night out turned into an hour and a half round-trip for absolutely nothing. No notice, no courtesy, no accountability. For a place like Morton’s The Steakhouse, this is beyond disappointing it’s embarrassing. Do better.

  I attended one of the wine experience dinners at Morton’s, a Tatse of two legends and it was beautifully done. Each course was thoughtfully paired, and the wines truly elevated the flavors without overpowering them. The atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable, and the staff made the entire evening feel seamless. It didn’t feel rushed, just a well-paced, curated experience. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re looking for a more elevated dining experience. I’ll be back in November

  Its always a 5 star experience. We just visited Mortons for 2 of our family's birthdays and they went all oit and really catered to us like we were the only people in the restaurant. Had a blast, our servers were great and made the moment very memorable

  Don’t bother going… the servers were extremely friendly, but the service overall was unbelievably slow… 20 minutes of empty drinks every round… 30 minutes waiting for our desert before we simply asked for the check to go home at 10:00 pm without desert. The self proclaimed “General Manager” really doesn’t care and tried to justify the horrible service… Don’t waste your time here… pay more and enjoy phenomenal service and food a block away at Mastros Ocean Club or take a short drive to Citizen Public House or White Chocolate Grill. You can thank me later!
