  I’ve had it with this location. Apparently opening the doors on time and getting orders right is optional here. Even simple changes get ignored, and the coffee somehow manages to taste watered down more often than not. The morning male manager is fine, but the female manager in the morning is a completely different story—rude, unhelpful, and acts like helping customers is a personal inconvenience. I’ve already reached out to the supervisor and area GM multiple times with zero improvement, so clearly that route doesn’t work. After three attempts to handle this the right way, I’ll be going to corporate. At this point, I’m not sure what’s more inconsistent—the food or the service.

  Literally wasted 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to give me not cooked fries (second time this from this location) and my order was completely wrong including my drink… so frustrating I get fast food is cheap but I don’t appreciate paying money and not getting anything I ordered and some stuff inedible that I have to throw away…

  An old lady took my order and started acting weird once I spoke Spanish to my mother. At first I thought she was hard of hearing but then later realized that she was being rude to me. This lady was talking to me as if I didnt know English. Not even that she kept an eye on my mother and I as if we were gonna steal FROM A MCDONALDS. When we were leaving she continued to stare at us while we were outside. I’ve never so uncomfortable in my life. Honestly I would be mad to if I was 70 and working at a McDonald’s.
