In 2 weeks I've gone 3 times All 3 times I was missing food. I let it go the first 2 times I want all my missing items back when you pay for something and you don't get it thats called stealing..today you forgot both my burgers.

Some of the worst service I've experienced. Two lane drive threw. They allowed multiple people go ahead of me while I sat there waiting. I asked two times if they were ready but they were to busy taking other orders. They asked me to wait multiple times while I was the first and only car before others started arriving. Yet I still had to wait, mind you already knowing my order before I pulled up. I get that McDonald's can't afford any form of talent given their model, but come on people.

I’ve had the same experience at this McDonald’s multiple times now. I’ll pull up to the drive-thru when both lanes are completely empty and sit there for several minutes saying hello with no response. Then someone pulls into the other lane after me and gets service immediately. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like customers are just being ignored.
On top of that, the staff are extremely rude when they finally do respond, which makes the whole experience even worse. This has happened more than once, so it’s clearly a pattern and not a one-time issue. Really disappointing service and management needs to address it.

I usually go here every sunday for breakfast but the last three have been terrible the kids working can not get the orders right
I order the same thing every week and its screwed up
I go for lunch ever once in a while and i always gave to pull around front to wait for new fries
This mcdonalds is going down hill fast due to quality of staff and training and plain common sence
I spend enough money here regularly and yet i keep coming back hoping for better results but nothing ever changes this McDonald’s gets a one star rating right now until it changes the way things are run there two separate instances I’ve ordered food and got the wrong food in the bag many instances I have to wait for food because it’s not ready but the biggest issue I have is when you get to the window and you’re dealing with the kids for some reason they don’t understand English when you talk to them the other morning I pulled up. I ordered two sausage McMuffin with egg two hashbrowns and a large Coke and all I got was here take this first of all it was an iced tea. It was a large Coke and I explained that to him when I ordered so that when he said OK my bad he turned around and still tried to hand me the iced tea again, like an idiot and then handed me the bag of food and I should’ve looked at it, but I didn’t I get home? There’s four hashbrowns in the bag one sausage McMuffin with egg and an egg McMuffin I didn’t order all that food. Can somebody please tell me what’s going on here?

I can not stress this enough but customer service !!! Going above &' beyond for customer satisfaction -- not just hinting off to your guests that you don't feel like helping when that's apart of the job description . Drama behind the counter in a room full of paying guests is not professional nor does the environment become welcoming to continue dining in or for that matter dining in at all . And lastly, if your customer is asking for a change in how their food or drinks were made etc , don't make it a big deal , it's not your personal LLC company -- it's not coming outta your paycheck so just fix it ! It literally takes a few seconds to be kind . Don't spoil the experience for people who never been at this particular McDonalds. Yall get it together.. your guests hear & see everything!
