  MANAGEMENT here is horrible, and doesn't care about their customers. Cleaning with bleach while people are trying to eat??? They don't clean the restaurant at night! They can't get orders right either. Imagine having two jobs - just making food right, and caring about your customers, and not being able to do either! Time for a big attitude adjustment here.

  I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at McDonald's today at approximately 6:40 AM. I requested a decaf coffee, and the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, telling me that if I wanted to ensure it was decaf, I should “buy a Keurig and make it myself.” This comment was inappropriate, unprofessional, and not acceptable in a customer service setting. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, I was met with a lack of professionalism and no effort to assist or resolve my request. I am requesting that this matter be addressed with the employee involved and that additional training be provided to ensure customers are treated respectfully and appropriately in the future.   I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and a Happy Meal for my son, and once again this McDonald's location delivered an outstanding experience. I always come to this location, and it never fails. The service and quality are consistently spectacular every single time we visit. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you hope for—but the service is what really stands out. The manager Ron working tonight was absolutely phenomenal. He was actively supporting his team members, engaging with guests, and making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in both the team’s performance and the overall atmosphere. Absolutely amazing service. I wanted to make sure Ron and the entire team get the recognition they deserve!

  Whoever the man who worked the counter at 10 am, Wednesday March 18, did a phenomenal job. Loved the caramel frappe he made. He explained the menu/current promos very well. Ronald McDonald would be proud.
