  easy pick up for customers and doordash drivers. I ordered for myself on the app and while waiting in the drive thru, accepted a doordash order for my customer. the cashier was just as friendly. my food was hot and fresh.

  Recently a week ago I came to this McDonald’s around noon, I ordered the usual (like always). I went to go pay at the front but the cashier was extremely rude FOR NO REASON. I didn’t want to start a scene so I just asked for my receipt and didn’t even get it back, by the time I got my food I asked for extra ketchup and it almost took like five minutes waiting just for some ketchup which is absolutely ridiculous, for a restaurant I expect better service Thank you!

  Went thru the drive thru for fries for my dog and myself to share on the ride home. The person at the pickup window said "medium fries" and handed me a bag, I got on the freeway (which takes all of 20 seconds from the drive thru) and went to pull out a fry only to discover the bag was empty and only had napkins and a cookie in it 🙃. I then got to listen to my dog cry for French fries for 40 mins on the way home. Called once I got home to try to get a refund and they didn't pick up.

  I had placed a mobile order for a singular larger Dr Pepper. I had to wait about 5 minutes to have them take out order at the speaker and then had to wait at least 15 minutes to get a Dr Pepper because of the drive through and not having people pull forward to wait in the designated spots if it were to take longer. They ended up giving me a Diet Coke because the employee had too many drinks set on the counter to the point he had no idea what was what. I had to end up waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to get the Dr Pepper because they closed their inside at least 30 minutes prior to what is said for the inside to be closed. Very unhappy with the service I was given for the most simplistic order one can get due to it being a singular drink. On top of that he did not even apologize for the mess up that had happened on this order that should have not taken about 40 for a singular larger Dr Pepper highly absurd. Didn’t even offer anyway to make up for this insane mistake on a singular drink.

  I recently grabbed lunch at the McDonalds at 101 & FLW. I was greeted by Eric who took my order and was impressed by his high level of customer service. He was professional, proficient and very personable while he helped me and others. If he is not a manager he should be and he should be recognized for his commitment to customer care and work place efficency. Thank you Eric for making a difference! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
