  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Dining at Mastro’s City Hall Steakhouse was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we sat down, our server Mike set the tone for the entire evening, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure every detail was perfect without ever feeling overbearing. The atmosphere was next-level. There was a woman performing live music, and her voice added such an elegant, upscale vibe to the night, it truly elevated the whole dining experience and made it feel special. Now the food… WOW. The 8oz filet was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Pairing it with the blue cheese sauce took it over the top. The richness and balance of flavors were unreal. Every bite was better than the last. Everything about this place screams quality, from the service to the ambiance to the food. If you’re looking for a top-tier steakhouse experience in Arizona, this is it. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you can, he made an already amazing night unforgettable. I will 100% be coming back! If possible lol…

  Great food and atmosphere, but a completely unacceptable experience. I found about 7 gnats/flies at the bottom of my espresso martini after already drinking most of it. I was honestly disgusted and immediately lost my appetite. The staff covered my meal, but for a 5-star restaurant with such high reviews, this should never happen. Very disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.

  Worst steak I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Ordered medium rare, dry well done leather arrived. The server did check in on us after a few bites and asked how everything was tasting, and after I replied “not great” he disappeared for the rest of the evening. For the record that doesn’t help. We were offered bread for the table and accepted only to find out it was an up sell on the bill. Unfortunate! That could have been better communicated because that bread was delicious. I will say before the server disappeared the drinks were tasty. I would not recommend going to Mastro’s!

  Ambiance was way too loud for us. They have loud music in the dining area and even in bathrooms. The songs were all covers, not the original artists! Bread appetizers: pretzel bread is perfectly made and onion brioche was delicious. Oysters were just ok, We got only two oysters when we ordered a dozen! Didn't get the oyster sauces until they remade it with 12. Oysters had shells mixed in with meat. Caesar Salad- a plain dull salad, only tasted iceberg lettuce, few croutons. For the main entree we had a stack of lamb chops which was tender, but under seasoned and a grilled salmon which just had pepper on it. Sides we had the gnocci and lobster Mac n cheese which were fantastic. Truffle Gnocchi was highlight of my night. The waiter filled my glass with still water after drinking sparkling for almost an hour. It took us over an hour to get our main entree food by which time we had eaten most of the bread and everything else to keep us busy. We ended up having our food boxed up to go and eat it at home. Ryan came to hear our criticism. He did comp an entree, but we probably won't return. The overall experience and under seasoned cooking is just not worth the high price and I don't think they will change.

  I'm severely handicapped and disabled And went last night with my friend for a seminar I kept on telling the people there is very hot in that room they did nothing about it it's just been consider going on with the seminar and I was passed out in that room I try to find myself with A flyer that they gave me to try to defend myself a little bit Set the seminars going on there is no wait staff to talk to and the people running the seminars didn't do anything about it either and when we got our food My filet m Mignon Was very tough to cut I had to have my friend cut it and didn't even melts in your mouth and it didn't have any taste I put the other steakhouses where it melts in your mouth with flavor very disappointed and my friend was supposed to get the filet mignon and they brought her a 16 oz New York strip Very unexpected I ain't do nothing about it and then When they serve the appetizer for the table for table 6 when it came to myself and my friend there's on One piece left We asked for more for the table when we have the server and they wouldn't give us any three of us and having nothing There's no control the two women where everything misplaced took so much to eat that we had nothing left Just not fair I had to take paratran Transit to get there how to use my scooter to go all the way to the other side because my scooter does not go upstairs Not so consumer friendly I'm trying to tell people that that place is overrated and go to other places like Fleming's or Ruth's Chris they both have the file that melts in your mouth And give you what you order Sorry I'm using a microphone to post this but I think it's important that people know
