- AMandrea morales3 days ago1.0I ordered a shake and a water cup because i was thirsty i go get water and the blonde older white manager screams at me from the register “make sure there’s water in there” this made me uncomfortable it makes it seem likes she’s trying to embarass me if front of all the other costumers. i proceed to wait for my shake 15 minutes pass and now i’m trying to ask a worker how much longer and they’re all ignoring me until i go up to the register and talk to the same blonde older white lady and ask her about my shake nicely she says oh it comes out in 2 minutes you should’ve been waiting now it’s in the fridge with atttiude i tell her i have been waiting and she tries disagreeing like just give me my shake please??😭i am not here to argue. someone else gives it to me and i hear her gossiping to her worker saying oh she should’ve waited for it , i hope you guys do something about this worker ruining the whole environment of five guys it makes me not want to come back the way the manager treats the costumers , drive another 15 minutes and head to another five guys instead of visiting this one very slow too.

Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
