Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Many customers reported slow service, particularly in the drive-thru, with long wait times for orders.

First visit for patty melt and burger combo. PM wasn’t toasted and burger was like most other places. Skinny fries cool quickly. Had to wait for order longer than expected.

The worst Whataburger in all of Arizona. No consistency whatsoever. Food is always cold. Drive-through times are excessive. Today was the last straw. The bun on my burger was rockhard and I waited 13 minutes for my food. Will never come back here ever again.

I went through the drive thru at lunch. When I pulled up to pay the lady at the window told me the price I payed she shut the window then opened it a few seconds later handed me my food. She didn't say one thing to me ( not hello or have a nice day ) No smile ...nothing. Also y'all forgot the bacon on my Cobb salad .
