  My husband and I were visiting Arizona and it was late when we got in ao we stopped here. Everything was fine until we aaked if the drive thru employee (I believe his name was Devon) got repromanded for throwing a empty cup away for us so that we could make room for the drinks we purchased with our "food". We hear another employee in the back say, "Let them throw it away themselves, there are garbage cans outside!!" Then he walks by the window noticing our obvious irritation and then we hear him say, "Can they hear me!?" Devon just nodded and walked awau to get the rest of our food. Then this rude employee decided to hand us our food. My husband told him, "Look I wasn't trying to get him in trouble. It was just an empty cup!" Then he flipped the switch and started acting all noce like it was no problem. I'm not sure who this emploee was but not only was he rude but the food was abaolutely overcooked and not edible. Not sure what yhe employees name was because he was not wearing a name tag but he had a pony tail. This happened on 11/5/25 @ around 10:30 p.m. This employee needs to relearn customer service! Will not be returning to this location! The only reaon I gave 3 stars for service is because Devon tried to handle it with grace.

  Check your receipt. Last night I was charged for someone else’s order that was 3x more expensive than mine. I actually asked for a receipt because it was a business expense but didn’t check it until this morning, so no way to prove it I suppose. Food was also cold and the new tenders were way over cooked (stick with the nuggets).

  Ashley is amazing! I don't usually get fast food, but I stopped by this morning. She was so friendly and kind!

  Ome of the worst Wendy's I've been to. Been on 4 occasions, and each time I've been, food is mever especially hot. Fries and nuggets seemingly fried in several day old oil leaving a dark coloring on the fried food. Sandwiches seem to be dry as if they've been under a heater for several hours. Go to a different Wendy's

  I have $70 on my app and mgr couldn't figure out how to apply it. Tried ordering 3 different times. He even called his GM. No one knew. I had 2 very hungry toddlers and was in store for over an hour trying to figure it out. Ended up paying cash just to finally get out of there. It was MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. Go to another location. This one is a JOKE
