  I was served or rather not served by cashier Kendall today and she was very rude and short tempered with me the whole time I was talking to her.

  I guess maybe the order is difficult to understand: Acai bowl with strawberries pineapples blueberries on the side (extra fruit) honey, chia seeds, coconut shavings no granola. It was made incorrectly both times. Mind you I left and returned. Additionally the extra pineapple was literally 4 pineapple chunks. See pics. One of the employees asked me if I ordered online she wanted to get to the root of the problem. I just looked at her waited 5 seconds and responded I was just in her 5 minutes ago. It’s a listening issue but anywho

  I found a hair in my yogurt bowl and been trying to reach the manager or have them call me. I want a reimbursement. Only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is cause the smoothies we had was good.

  I've been into this location several times, and it smells like food decaying or something. I have tried to get over it because I had a stroke so I can't make my own smoothies without help, but they just don't know how to blend, or wait for it to be all the way fully blended. You would think in training they would teach, at least, how to time blending so that you don't end up finishing your smoothie, eating chunks of ice and food that can't get through your straw. It's honestly this problem I've noticed at every location, especially for how much they cost, probably just to cover being able to stay open, you would just think the minimum requirement would be a blended smoothie
