I went in today at 8:30 this morning and I stood in front for 5 to 10 minutes & No one ever came to greet me. I looked on the screen, There were no orders , there was no one else in line so it wasn’t busy. I could hear some one, so I said hello and no one came up front, so I just walked out.

My smoothies were icey and chimney, they an out of blueberries and the two young kids working did not have any training on understanding how to handle a basic customer concern. I went back two days later and waited for 15 minutes for my mobile order which should have been done much earlier. I hope you can fix the staffing and training issues at his Thompson Peak location.

I was fine until about 20 minutes after I drank the smoothie, then I started throwing up and had diarrhea. My stomach is super achy and I feel sick. Gal who made my drink was young (emo-ish) and had a nose ring. I didn’t tip so idk if she put something in there on purpose but I wouldn’t put it past people these days. I still have some smoothie left in the fridge, I’m debating going to get it tested.
