  I've been into this location several times, and it smells like food decaying or something. I have tried to get over it because I had a stroke so I can't make my own smoothies without help, but they just don't know how to blend, or wait for it to be all the way fully blended. You would think in training they would teach, at least, how to time blending so that you don't end up finishing your smoothie, eating chunks of ice and food that can't get through your straw. It's honestly this problem I've noticed at every location, especially for how much they cost, probably just to cover being able to stay open, you would just think the minimum requirement would be a blended smoothie

  I’m a little annoyed because, I go to this location all the time. I went in today at 8:30 this morning and I stood in front for 5 to 10 minutes & No one ever came to greet me. I looked on the screen, There were no orders , there was no one else in line so it wasn’t busy. I could hear some one, so I said hello and no one came up front, so I just walked out.

  I visit 2-3 a week. The week of 9/15-9/19 has been absolutely terrible service. My smoothies were icey and chimney, they an out of blueberries and the two young kids working did not have any training on understanding how to handle a basic customer concern. I went back two days later and waited for 15 minutes for my mobile order which should have been done much earlier. I hope you can fix the staffing and training issues at his Thompson Peak location.
