I’ve been having minor issues ordering on the app lately but when I went over there to solve it (it’s within walking distance I usually just order online for convenience) the manager Kathy was super nice and helpful and the team members Renee and Ainsley were also supportive and made me some darn good smoothie and yogurt 🔥

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie Café, and Estelle went above and beyond helping me find a smoothie I would enjoy most. While I was ordering, a sweet older lady walked in, and Caleb immediately greeted her by name and asked how her day was. This is something you don’t see often anymore. When my order was ready, they didn’t just call my name from the counter like at most places. Instead, they brought my smoothie and food directly to me. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt Caleb and Estelle truly deserved recognition. It’s rare to find employees who care and represent the business as if it were their own, and these two absolutely do. Cheers!

It was highly recommended to me by a client and they were right! There are many different fruit choices. It tastes like fruit and not powder. The portion size was very nice as well. Staff were very friendly and informative.

If you ever need to get through the day and have your tummy full and have some energy this is the place ! My jam is the peanut paradise and recently tried the chipotle chicken recommendation by their amazing manager Tez, and Ash made the smoothie to perfection 🫶🏼👏 thanks a bunch again Cathy you run an amazing ship with great people , superb customer service and . You have a loyal customer here ✌️
