  This was my first and definitely last time here. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the entire experience was terrible. The woman at the front desk looked like she hated her life and her job—zero warmth, zero personality, just monotone and unwelcoming. Since it was our first visit, we had no idea how the sign-in process worked, so we politely asked an employee for help. Instead of being helpful, they seemed visibly irritated that we even asked. Our server wasn’t friendly at all and acted like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, we ordered the golf bag drink (supposedly for two people) for $24, and it was completely watered down. I’m not exaggerating when I say I tasted no liquor whatsoever. Paying that much for glorified juice is ridiculous. When the food finally came out, it was cold and unappetizing. The flavors might’ve been decent if the food hadn’t felt like it had been sitting out forever. Spending nearly $300 for cold food, watered-down drinks, and horrible service is unacceptable. This place completely missed the mark. I will not be returning—unless someone else is paying, and even then I’d think twice. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

  We love this TopGolf location and made a reservation for New Years Eve day. They were incredibly busy and the Manager was able to accommodate our Bay floor preference even though we forgot to notate it in our reservation. We felt very taken care of and it made a huge difference in the overall experience. Thank you!!

  We had great service and a great experience here! My boyfriend and I are trying to go to all the Topgolfs. And this was number 28 for us. We have been collecting a golfball from every one we go to with their name on it, so were a little disappointed to find out they don't have them at this location.

  When ordering the food told server about what extras to add they said okay. Later when food arrived it was too salty and missing the toppings. When notified they just brought it out as an extra that too nearly 30 minutes later. And when notified that we wanted it on the food not as an extra when the food was now cold there was an attitude. So ended up paying for food that we didn’t eat

  HORRIBLE service experience last night at this Top Golf. I'm out with some friends, decided to get a drink, and our server asks for my ID, of course. Now, I understand being suspicious of possible fakes, but she decided to bend my ID like a taco all the way until her fingertips nearly met. All the while, she's giving me the "I caught you" smirk, thinking that the bend in my ID somehow makes it invalid. Confused, I asked if anything was wrong, and she explained that she's had ID's in the past snap from bending it like that...ok??? There are PLENTY of other ways of checking for a valid ID instead of rudely folding it in front of me and all my friends like you're trying to make a point. I asked if she had an ID scanner, as that would surely be the most logical tool to use if you're unsure of an ID's legitimacy, and she said they did, but she's just "too lazy to get it". Awesome, so go ahead and crease my ID instead of walking up the stairs and grabbing it. After my friends started helping her identify the obvious watermarks and features that clearly make it a real ID, she gets my drink. Even after delivering my drink, she proceeds to STILL examine and bend my ID to make 100% sure that it isn't a fake (could've gotten that ID scanner by now!!). As someone who has worked quite a few years in jobs where they train you how to check for fake ID's, never once has bending the ID ever been brought up. She continued to joke about it for the rest of the night, and my mood was genuinely ruined. I still managed to have a good night with my friends, all things considered, but I never want to come back here again if this is the way they treat people wanting a drink.
