Delicious delicious the burger was so tasty and juicy we couldn’t believe it. Fresh toppings. Just overall 10/10. Thank you definitely will be back

From the moment you pull up, the unique vintage gas station vibe immediately sets the tone — it’s got that old-school charm mixed with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff here were fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there, which really adds to the experience. I ordered the Full Moist Brisket Stack with a side of Mac and Cheese and Potato Salad, and wow — everything was spot on. The brisket was perfectly tender and flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth good, with just the right amount of smoke. The Mac and Cheese was creamy and rich, and the Potato Salad had that perfect balance of texture and flavor. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Their menu is huge, so it’s clear I’ve only scratched the surface. There are so many other dishes I can’t wait to try next time. Between the incredible food, friendly service, and one-of-a-kind atmosphere, The Thumb is easily one of the best BBQ spots in Arizona. Highly recommend — 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They truly went above and beyond to bless us! The brisket was absolutely amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. Highly recommend using them for your next event or party! We were so grateful for how they tuned an out-of-our-control situation into an even better one the next week!
