Ask for both my sandwiches to be toasted instead they were soggy. I've worked at subway before and I know that's not how we ran things. My sandwiches shouldnt be loaded down with more onions than anything else. We aren't far from this subway and there should be no reason my sandwiches were that soggy or cold when it took less than 30 mins from the time I ordered to the time it got to my door. I find this ridiculous.

I called a few times as everywhere I looked online said that was the only way I could get a refund but nobody would answer my call so I was unable to afford lunch today
