  Ordered a meatball sub at 7:20pm. Went to pick it up at 7:40pm, to be told "we're out of meatballs." I said ok this is the second time this has happened at this location. The young girl working said "well, we close at 8" I replied: its 7:40pm and I ordered at 7:20pm... She asked if I wanted something else... which I did not, otherwise I would have ordered that. She then said "you can leave"... I replied you can refund me. She said she didn't know how to do that, and I would have to do it through the app (which I do not have) or through my bank, to which I declined. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I will NOT be returning to this location!

  Even though this Subway is a bit further, I prefer to go there. Normally, the young men who work there are very polite and helpful. On Friday, Sept. 19th, there was a middle-aged woman named Angela working alone, stating she was the assistant manager. She seemed quite overwhelmed with her job as she was having difficulty keeping up. We expressed that the wait was fine, but she was extremely rude on top of that. Several customers walked out while waiting. A Door Dash driver was getting very impatient also. We didn't mind the wait, but her rudeness was inappropriate and unacceptable, especially if she actually is a manager. The owner needs to be informed and perhaps give her some additional customer service training going forward if she's to continue representing their business. If that's the service that a customer can expect there, I'll just go to the Subway location closer to my house.

  Good sandwich Bread had a little crust on the top. The way you guys bake it. I prefer the bread to seem very soft and very fresh.

  Rude people… food was horrible chicken protein bowl… Only put one handful of lettuce chicken with cold when I asked to heat it up just the worst salad I’ve ever had in my life for $15 save your money make your own grilled chicken very dirty inside there and the people were just not nice at all.. I live in Terravita and I will definitely put an email blast out to everybody in my complex 1300+ owners to never give that place the worst service ever

  If I could rate lower, I would. This restaurant is listed online and on the door of he establishment to close at 8pm on the specific day of my visit. I walked in at 7pm and was told they were closed. I asked why the sign said otherwise because it was confusing. The punk employee then decided to state “I don’t really care, I’m not making anything for anyone”. Right then another customer walks in and asks for a beverage and the employee conducted the transaction and allowed the customer to stay inside the restaurant. Absolutely egregious and despicable behavior.
