I want to THANK Trilbe, Amber, & Jasmine for making a DREAM COME THRU HOLIDAY CAKE for me! It was the CROWN Topping of our Christmas Dinner! Delicious & Decadent! I highly recommend it. BTW, all their Specialty Bakery Items are Fantastic! This one "Tops the Cake," LOL!

Too many instances of items being missing from my order. I get home, unpack, start cooking with kids running around crazy and hungry, and—bam—I discover I am missing several key ingredients for my recipe. This has happened a handful of times, and they rarely notice before I do. In fairness to them, they always politely offer to make it right with a refund, etc., but I do hope this Safeway will come up with a better system for "Drive up and Go" so that I don't have to take my business elsewhere.

I called customer service at Safeway to try to get it resolved and they supposedly sent an Uber driver to deliver my groceries. But when i called safeway back, they had no information about the uber driver, Safeway said they tried delivering it twice, but when I called Uber Eats, they had no knowledge of the delivery. Long story short I never got my order and when I called them, they would tell me there’s nothing they can do and hang up on me. In my opinion, the Safeway sucks whoever is the manager should be fired….
