  I was going to let our bad experience slide because it was Christmas, but I feel like I need to leave feedback. The pizza was very meh. But just that wouldn’t have warranted a bad review. We ordered online and arrived when they said the pizza would be ready. We waited an additional 20-25 minutes. They were slammed. Okay, whatever. It happens. But then everyone working there was so extremely rude. It’s like they were trying to lose customers. Very unprofessional to us and to others picking up food. We got the pizza home and my daughter found this piece of coiled metal in her food. Thankfully, she just chewed on it and it didn’t cut her mouth. And I’m really grateful she didn’t swallow it because that could’ve been dangerous. And did I mention the high prices? $70+ for two pizzas? No thank you. Yeah, we won’t be back. There are just too many other great places in Scottsdale to give our business to… some in the exact same shopping center.

  Worst and soggiest pizza of the world... you guys need to be chosen for the Worst pizza, come to California, we'll show you what a real pizza looks and tastes like!!! Just close this business and the torture involved!

  I don’t care how good your food is SAID to be….. No high DOLLOR paying customers especially….. DESERVES TO GET YELLED AT ON CHRISTMAS DAY by the old man working behind the counter!!!! My husband and I came in Christmas Day FOR OUR VERY FIRST TIME to order last minute Christmas dinner for A FAMILY OF 12!!!!! All I asked was if they had any white sauce pizza varieties and this old man NEVER STOPPED YELLING AT ME, HID WORKERS AND OTHER PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! We ended up only getting to put a order in for 2 large, bc I didn’t wanna get the girl in trouble taking our order bc he kept yelling at her so I figured I can go read menu and come back to order MORE food….. well when I got up there HE YELLED AT ME AGAIN AND TOLD ME I CANT MAKE ANOTHER ORDER I SHOULD HAVE DONE IT THE 1st time!!!! Bc there were about only 3 other people ahead of me and I was waiting to get my actual order (more food) and let everyone else order ahead of me earlier bc I was reading menu and didn’t wanna hold anyone up so I made it simple

  We ordered Ray’s on Christmas Day and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Pizza and wings were phenomenal! Crispy crust, great sauce and tasty pepperoni! Wings… absolutely perfect! Possibly the best wings we’ve had in Arizona! Rays will quite possibly be a Christmas tradition for us from now on!
