Not incentivized in any way, just my honest opinions and experiences. The team members at this Qdoba have changed fairly often since the location opened, but every single time we visit, the hospitality is consistently amazing. I would genuinely choose this Qdoba over 90% of the restaurants in Old Town, even fine dining or not, purely based on how lovely the workers are here every time. It might sound silly to phrase it that way, but in a world where people aren’t always welcoming or kind anymore, this team truly is. And the best part is, it never feels forced or like “part of the job” — they seem genuinely happy to have you there. Tonight (12/16), Patrick and the two other team members working were absolutely outstanding. Patrick is incredibly outgoing and personable while still being extremely efficient at his job. He managed to be engaging, talkative, and attentive without missing a beat. The other two team members (whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch) had great senses of humor and were just as efficient and pleasant to interact with. Patrick truly went above and beyond — from turning on the fire outside to recommending the best seating for warmth and comfort. If I could rate him alone, it would be a 12/10. We already love this location, and tonight just proved why all over again. Thank you, Patrick and team members — we appreciate you more than you know. 😊
