The staff here has come a long way. I love coming here and hearing Jenny say peachy keen jelly bean always puts a smile on my face even on a bad day.

I have been to Qdoba years ago near my old stomping grounds in Fairfax, VA and absolutely loved the experience. I would up moving out here about 5 years ago and a friend of mine was talking about Qdoba and this location was closest to me so I swung by for a late lunch (roughly 2pm). I was super excited to relive the experience. Was is the keyword... almost a complete opposite of what I remember, except the food taste. I am allergic to avocados and while it's a rare allergy the guacamole was in the middle where it could contaminate other things. That wasn't a big problem because again it's rare (at least I think?) But shellfish is a super common allergy and I'm EXTREMELY ALLERGIC to it. I mean hospital ANEPHALECTIC SHOCK level allergic. And the shrimp was all the way in the back in the middle!? Okay okay whatever so I got the pork which was furthest away from the shrimp and was hoping to not end up in the hospital... when I asked the GM Christian why they put the shrimp in such a risky place he said "its a limited time item and we want to encourage customers to try it!" That explanation makes sense but I asked, "why not offer it to every customer and put it in the furthest row so it doesn't contaminate other meats for those allergic to shellfish?" I got the most rude reply I've ever heard anywhere. "Well if your allergic don't eat it or go somewhere else. You aren't the boss of this place and this is what is most effective unless you work here you wouldn't know that" I had to collect myself because I wanted to punch him but I let it go because it's not worth the criminal record... I grabbed my food and sat down. On my way to my seat I saw him stroking the lower back of a young looking female employee she looked uncomfortable and like she hated her job and her life... i sat down because i dont know what their relationship was but healso seemed to flirt with every female customer that came in... Close to the end of my meal i got up to fill up my Diet Soda and I could here someone else (a female I think) that one of the workers claimed was the district manager talking about people with autism as if they were a plague!? My son is autistic and so is my wife, I left immediately because I was about to get in a lot of trouble because I can be hotheaded at times and i felt a bit of rage over all this... Moral of the story here don't eat here if you support disabilities or aren't interested in a soap opera of perverts hitting on random woman and creating drama. I know I won't be going to ANY Qdoba ever again after this unless maybe if I'm visiting family in Virginia. But even then this has kinda turned away my support and will be bringing this up so the autism awareness groups I'm in.

Previously we have had reoccurring poor experiences at this QDOBA and others, almost to the point of not wanting to return. On our most recent trip in we were thrilled to see a dramatic change in how this location is run! The Kaitlyn assistant manager who is filling in is kind and understanding! Bringing a dramatically positive change to the overall environment and vibe of this location (she deserves a bonus!). I will be back to this location soon! The food was delicious!

I'm not sure if corporate is aware but they don't open at the time Google says they're open or the note they post on the door. I have visited this location on several occasions and the experience was always positive. However, this past week changed that. It was odd to see a restaurant near so many offices to not open earlier than noon but it was okay, I showed up a little bit past noon. When I tried to enter, I found all doors to be locked even though I saw a gentleman had just walked in steps ahead of me. The note on the door says "seasonal hours" and they open at noon, so yes, I was very confused. Just then, the gentleman comes out annoyed and sounded very frustrated, telling me apparently they don't open until 12:30. Needless to say, I had to find lunch elsewhere and went to their neighboring restaurant. It was packed in that restaurant and couldn't help but wonder how many were there because Qdoba turned away their own customers. If you choose to open for super limited hours, that's fine. Update your business hours accordingly because it's very disappointing to show up expecting a business to be open and turns out otherwise.

This is by far the worst Qdoba I have been to, and if there was another one even remotely close, I would happily drive to another location. Sadly, we love Qdoba But will not be back to this location. With any luck, it will be closed in a year or two so we could have one that actually functions correctly. The employees and managers are by far the worst with time management, customer service and overall order quality. This location has only been open for a few months for us, and I waited to make this review, but I consistently have the same experience. If you’re looking for an experience that is not only frustrating and disappointing and will take over 40 minutes to get your online order, 30 minutes past your promised time while you’re standing there watching them take 20 people before you then you should go here.
