Normally not a huge issue, but when my delivery came and my pizza was missing, I couldn't use DoorDash customer service since I didn't order with them. As other reviews have stated, the customer service online is terrible. It was a corporate place so they could only have the store contact me during business hours. It has been a few days later, with no contact and no refund for the pizza. Calling the store also gets you nowhere since it rings until it goes to a busy signal. The food I did receive was pretty bad, except the pepsi Zero was cold. The breadsticks (usually why I choose Pizza Hut in the first place) were barely cooked and had almost no seasoning. The brownies stuck to the bottom of the pan so only the top half could be scraped off and eaten with a fork. I usually try to only post positive reviews for places, but if you are thinking about ordering from this store, you should probably reconsider. With how terrible everything was, all I really asked was to be refunded for the food I paid for and didn't receive. Pizza Hut in general is nowhere near as great as when I was a kid, but this location is exceptionally terrible.
