He took the time to understand what we were looking for and delivered far beyond what we imagined. His recommendation to go with a family-style menu was spot-on. He and the chef curated a stunning selection of dishes—each one more impressive and delicious than the last. I’ve always enjoyed sushi, but that night made me fall completely in love with it. Beyond the food, the entire staff was warm, respectful, and attentive, showcasing the highest level of service. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nobu Scottsdale to friends and family. It’s a place I’ll definitely be returning to often
