This most recent experience I ordered toasted bagels with cream cheese to go. There were a dozen people working and no one in line ahead of me. After 15 minutes they still hadn’t started toasting our bagels. I asked them if I could just take the bagels and leave. They said they were in the toaster so I had to wait. I waited another 10 minutes only to receive 5 untoasted bagels. Sadly, I won’t go back.
