The manager on duty he's a very tall man is so rude and never helps bag any of the food just hands everything to you with no bags. I had to ask for bags and drink carriers. Everytime I go the semi truck is blocking the parking lot. The food there fine but service there absolutely sucks.

I am going to start off by saying that I'm floored that the area I'm in has actually produced some of the most mediocre manners and bad service I have experienced in quite some time. I pre ordered and paid on their app didn't receive my order for 40 min!! It was a mcgriddle and med iced coffee. Nobody acknowledged me or even apologized once i finally recieved just the cold.sandwhich!? I saw that other customers too had been skipped over. That is why I'm giving it 1 star. I looked on their progress screen my order number wasn't even there. When I asked about it they asked to take my order again. So that means even though I used the app to order and pay ahead, I still had to wait 40 Mins and order twice and they did.it unapologetically too!! Smh. As much as I'm charged for this food and service in Scottsdale of all places, this wasn't even the bare minimum .

Came to McDonald’s on October 26 around 7:50 or 7:55. I am a delivery driver so I am used to being ignored at fast food places. I understand fast food places get busy but customer service has pretty much been lost. Waited at the register for about three minutes with no acknowledgment. About two or three people walked by and didn’t say, “hello sorry for the wait we will be right with you“. Went to the restroom and came back. Walked up to the register again and people walked by again and didn’t even look at me. Sat down and waited for over another two minutes before somebody finally acknowledged me and grabbed my order that was already ready and was just sitting behind the counter. Because of this not only is my customer not getting their order on time, but also that pushes me back in orders because I have to sit there and wait for nobody to acknowledge me when my food is already ready.

Our table had not been cleaned and the floor under it was sticky. Our food was fresh but it appeared that there was a race or something to put it together as fast as possible since the sauce for my sandwich was only on the outer edge of the bread and the lettuce was not even in the sandwich but surrounding the outside. The server who brought out our food asked if we needed anything and I asked for a mayonnaise but he never returned. We only received 2 napkins and the only dispenser available which was right at the cashier station was empty. I could understand this if they were short on staff or really busy but there were plenty of workers that didnt seem busy and only half the lobby was filled. Our fries were super fresh and hot though!

October 21 2025. Complete and utter fail! I have been eating at this Mcdonalds since the late 70s. I am the first and only one in the drive thru. I order a double quarter pounder with cheese and pay at the second window. I am told to wait in spot 1. I do so and 10 minutes later a chubby black girl walks out and says what is yout order, I said that one, I hold up my receipt to show her and she says why dont you hand me the receipt. I ask her why dont you just hand me my food. she shoves the bag at me and tells me I was not in the right spot. I dont appreciate being treated like a petty criminal at a business I have supported for decades. It is sad that this location has become complety mismanaged. Perhaps there is some corporate oversight that can be provide for this location. clearly a 3.5 rating should not be acceptable for Mcdonalds Real Estate Corporation
