drive through guy sucked. couldn’t catch his name but we waited for 10 mins (no line at 9:30pm) before he answered and answered the other lady who got there after us, first. was utterly rude and didn’t even let us finish out order, cutting us off mid sentence. mean dude was on his phone too. we pulled up to the window- different guy served us and was nice to get our order right.

There was a hair in our food , we ordered for here and they served it twice in a to go bag, we got 1 bbq for a 10 piece nugget meal the burger we specifically ordered with no cheese add Mac sauce was wrong

Typically when coming here you end up being forced to wait outside even when nobody is in the drive thru lane.......for fast food there is nothing fast about it

i’m a manager at mcdonald’s and this was the worst customer service. the girl was very rude and looks like she hates her life. I was trying to use a code at the ordering screen and it wasn’t working and the person taking my order said i could use it at the window when it loads and then when i tried using it at the window the girl said i wasn’t allowed to use it because I HAD to use it at the menu which i know is not true because you can use a code when ordering or at the window, and then we said that and they told us we could use at the window and then she was like “okay well i’m parking you then” which we said was fine and we super nice to her and she was super rude for literally no reason. do better because she sucks. I know working at mcdonald’s sucks i understand but put a smile on your face and fake it till you make it, at the end of the day it’s your job and you shouldn’t be treating people like that.
