  Literally the worst McDonald in the US. Every employee is strung out of their minds and they have literally never gotten my order right one time

  Frapé and coffee sizes are shrunk. Shrinkflation has taken affect and for the price of a med frapé i could have gone to Dutch bros or another coffee shop for nearly $1 or so more and got more. RIP coffee at McDonald's.

  I hardly ever order McDonald’s (for good reason apparently) but I was craving McDonald’s breakfast this morning. Placed an order online with no issues and showed up to the restaurant only for them to tell me they can’t make any of the items I ordered. I placed the order before 10:30AM, I bought the product before you threw it all away. If I was able to place the order for breakfast items, there’s absolutely 0 reason why you can’t fulfill the order other than laziness. If you can’t make the food, mark items unavailable and don't waste people’s time. Burned gas and money to drive to this extremely inconvenient location for nothing, and ended up at Starbucks in the end anyways. The Starbucks at 15811 N Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd is incredible btw their team is super nice and orders always come out on time even during peak hours! Got my food and drink there quickly after this mess. I forget why I don’t go to McDonald’s until I try to go to McDonald’s then it all makes sense again. I’ve had issues with this location before but never felt compelled to write a review until this bs today.

  Sooo I ordered curbside. Got there and they canceled my order which also took my points. Then I went to the drive thru and ordered the exact same thing and guess what. They don’t give me my cheeseburger after waiting for my order in a reserved spot. Can’t go back because they will close before I get there. Lady was super nice but this was super freaking annoying considering I have to pay for the fries I was going to get for free and now am missing the cheeseburger I paid for.

  I am absolutely disgusted by this specific franchise, my partner and I were trying to make a purchase through the app... we were parked outside of the same McDonald's, comparing eachother's apps, we have completely different deals (for example, he had a free medium fry deal, I did not and no I didnt 'use it that week'. The part that really got me, was the misleading deals within the app. They try to fool their customers by offering a 20% off a $12+ order deal, which in reality they're literally only giving you 20% $12 OF YOUR ORDER. Very misleading. Which also, he had the '20% off of $12+', when my phone, directly beside my parrtner, showed '20% off of $20+'. Also, whats wrong with some locations not having any cost to their sauces, but this location does? Your greed is showing McDonald's.
