The short and wide lady in the red shirt doesn't even have the knowledge to come and explain why my order got canceled automatically. I had already arrived and it was showing another order for a different date directly under my canceled order stating it was being prepared. I didn't realize it was a different date because it stated it was being prepped so I went inside to collect the items. Instead of giving an explanation she just hollered out loud "that isn't even the right damn date" and sent her employee to me without telling me what happened. I couldn't place another order for the deal because it said I had to wait 15 minutes again. Where are the good McDonald's at?
